Overall Satisfaction with Wrike

Right now Wrike is being used exclusively by the creative department to manage requests and projects from team across the entire company. We would love for other teams to purchase Wrike so they can have a more well-rounded experience and truly understand how much content we are working on each week.
  • Dashboards help me see what work needs my attention.
  • Inbox keeps me up to date on comments and feedback.
  • Stream allows me to see all my work chronologically.
  • Love the fact that there's a desktop app and not just a browser experience.
  • Dashboards doesn't automatically sort by due date.
  • I get a LOT of email.
  • Improved organization across the creative team.
  • Improved resource management.
Wrike is so much more effective, it's not as pretty and it's functionality has a decent learning curve but it is all worth it!

Do you think Wrike delivers good value for the price?

Not sure

Are you happy with Wrike's feature set?

Yes

Did Wrike live up to sales and marketing promises?

I wasn't involved with the selection/purchase process

Did implementation of Wrike go as expected?

Yes

Would you buy Wrike again?

Yes

Wrike is well suited for the functions of the creative team as we have a huge number of requests to manage and a whole team to manage who is working on what. Getting feedback on all these projects and staying organized is the most important thing for our team. Other stakeholders or teams are able to see what we're working on, and I'm not entirely sure how it would help teams outside of the creative field.

Using Wrike

6 - Wrike is used by our brand team to track projects and deadlines, give and receive feedback, and share progress with the rest of the company. It's such a great support tool that we encourage other teams to use it as well. Product development, supply chain, sales, etc. could all benefit from using Wrike to track their projects and progress.
We don't have anyone in-house that's dedicated to supporting Wrike and there are many advanced features that we haven't explored yet but the interface is simple enough that a casual user can still get lots of value from it. If we ever want to explore greater functionality there are many tutorials available.
  • project management
  • project tracking
  • sharing progress with others
  • other teams could adopt Wrike and we would all be able to have project visibility at a company level
It's a fantastic tool that's more substance than style and has all of the features we need to have a creative team that runs smoothly and knows exactly what they need to be doing.

Wrike Support

Our project manager takes issue with this far more than I do but she says it was very helpful and allowed her to build our team and functions out.

Using Wrike

It's an incredible tool that functions as an essential part of our team. Feedback and delivery in the past had been scattered across iMessage, Slack, Gmail, phone calls, Zoom calls, etc. Wrike gives us a centralized Hub to see all projects and easily allows us to jump in on another project should a team member need help.
