Overall Satisfaction with Wrike
Wrike was used across the whole organization as part of our different project management solutions evaluations. The objective was to centralize all multi-site projects under one umbrella and improve real-time collaboration, instead of relying on more traditional mediums such as Word documents or Microsoft Project. Making the adoption easy was paramount to us.
- Templates are very strong and go further than just giving you predefined tasks.
- Collaboration features are quite advanced and easy to grasp.
- High number of integrations with 3rd-party tools.
- UX is lagging behind the competition.
- Lacks pure PPM features as it pivoted towards task management.
- No individual user pricing.
- Task management.
- Internal chat, real-time editing, collaboration.
- API and integration opportunities.
- Better document tracking and completeness.
- Streamline the overall process through API integrations.
- More on-time timesheets.
Wrike is ideal for medium-sized companies looking at centralizing projects, tasks, timesheets, and documentation at the same place. You can jumpstart your implementation by leveraging industry templates - not only through predefined tasks and statuses, but also standard automation. The collaboration features cover everything you need, from internal chat to email integration and real-time document editing. However, it is clearly not a pure Project Management solution and lacks enterprise-level features. It was recently acquired by Citrix so this may change in the near future.
