Overall Satisfaction with Wrike
My team uses Wrike to request, review, and approve marketing materials. Despite working virtually in separate cities across the country, Wrike allows us all to collaborate on marketing materials as a team. I am able to see who has or has not reviewed an item, and what comments they have left. We are also able to send messages to each other to draw attention to a certain item. It's a great tool for collecting everyone's ideas.
Pros
- Personalization of request forms based on each department's needs.
- Collaborative review process.
- Stores past iterations and final versions of materials that you can later call upon.
- Daily reminder emails of open projects.
- Process management.
Cons
- Easier way to search for projects.
- Clearer directions for new/guest users.
- More options for email preferences.
- Collaborative review process.
- Project management.
- Customization of requests.
- Increased productivity.
- Improved marketing material quality.
- Improved communication on projects.
- monday.com and Smartsheet
We chose Wrike over competitors as a team, as we felt the capabilities and interface best met our needs. Wrike allows us to customize requests and processes so that we are able to tailor to the needs of different departments and projects. The interface is clean, and they have a great app as well. There's no need for us to experiment with competing products - Wrike is exactly what we need.
