Overall Satisfaction with Wrike

We use this product to facilitate the delivery of sales orders from the AE's to us to enter into the system.
  • Detailed instructions of what AE needs.
  • Lists orders by type.
  • Keeps me organized.
  • Lists things multiple ways.
  • Search functions.
  • Having things carry over from Wrike to Salesforce.
  • More selections for coding types of requests.
  • Organization.
  • Speed.
  • Ease of use.
  • There are times when there is a lag between systems.
  • Everyone can see things in the system.
  • I don't like the filters feature it needs work.
