We use this product to facilitate the delivery of sales orders from the AE's to us to enter into the system.
- Detailed instructions of what AE needs.
- Lists orders by type.
- Keeps me organized.
- Lists things multiple ways.
- Search functions.
- Having things carry over from Wrike to Salesforce.
- More selections for coding types of requests.
- Organization.
- Speed.
- Ease of use.
- There are times when there is a lag between systems.
- Everyone can see things in the system.
- I don't like the filters feature it needs work.
