Overall Satisfaction with Wrike

We have been using Wrike in a project management capacity for almost four years now in our software development company. It helps us to verify project status, work distribution, time logging, and many other items.

We only evaluated Jira, but it would have required a lot of add-ons to do the same functions that Wrike already comes with. It was more user friendly "out of the box" as well. The customer service from Wrike with helping us get started was top-notch, and it always has been.

Wrike is very user-friendly, robust, and adaptive to whatever the company wants to use it for. It can be used for project management, marketing, CT, and so forth. There really isn't much that it can't assist with as it's so customizable. The forms and automation make this a time-saver as well.

We do not have premium support. I don't think this is a thing? If it is, we don't need it.
Yes - It depends on the bug and where it is on their roadmap. If it is a true bug, and not a feature request, then it is typically resolved quite quickly in their next or following release.
