Overall Satisfaction with Wrike
We use Wrike as a submission and project management system for each of our stores, then nest projects on a group level or store level. This really helps to organize and track store asks and marketing projects. We can't be very linear with our projects because something new may come in and be the top priority. The forms are customizable, I'm working on building out more with more detail and using automation / blue prints on the few monthly redundant tasks.
Pros
- I like the many different veiws
- the reporting and analysis tools
- the dashboard- once set up is great
Cons
- the submission forms- need a place for more than 1 email. We can't use the email response within a Wrike task because we have a few people who need to be updated. this leads to a lot of copy and paste from email to Wrike.
- also the forms could benefit from more of an "if "blank" then "blank" function. like survey monkey, if they answer yes to a required question I want them to jump to the next relevant question.
- trying to figure out there is a why to see all project or tasks in folder, We have a state folder with a nested, market folder, then store folders, then projects. At a stated level I want to see a board of everything.
- We cant really track ROI with Wrike in our industry, just the marketing department
- We have been able to take project turn times for some repeatable projects down from 48 hours to 8 hours once all details are provided. that has been a big change.
When using HubSpot we also had the CRM function so that makes it a little different to Wrike. For project management Wrike is so much more detailed and really built for tasks and project tracking.
