Overall Satisfaction with Wrike

We use Wrike for schedule planning and tracking, resource management, communication, and documentation. I manage the schedule and resources for 15+ clients, each with multiple projects. I oversee all users within our company, providing training and guidance. We review our client space in daily meetings and regularly use reports and the workload chart (although I also have used/trained colleagues on dashboards, calendars and to-do lists).

Pros

  • The reports can be very customized to our needs, including organizing by date, assignee, or project.
  • Custom fields are very helpful in meeting our individual needs.
  • Customer service representatives have been very helpful when we have an issue or question.

Cons

  • The WrikeBot is not always helpful (adjusting dates on its own) and I'd like to be able to turn it off.
  • I'd like the Stream to come up with "everything" automatically, not just what I follow (sometimes AE's forget to make me a follower so I have to remember to change to "everything" each time I pull the stream up. Usually, you filter down, not up.
  • Updates don't always work well with different internet browsers and it can be frustrating to have to update the browser whenever Wrike updates.
  • Positive - Organized workflow
  • Positive - Managed resources more efficiently
I used P3 a couple decades ago while working for a government contractor. Wrike is much more flexible for the very fluent world of advertising.

Do you think Wrike delivers good value for the price?

Yes

Are you happy with Wrike's feature set?

Yes

Did Wrike live up to sales and marketing promises?

Yes

Did implementation of Wrike go as expected?

I wasn't involved with the implementation phase

Would you buy Wrike again?

Yes

Wrike is flexible so can be great when we have many tasks under a project. A specific example would be a project for a Summer Campaign - we divide into concepting the ideas and then production, then into specific projects i.e. banners, ads, social posts, etc. However sometimes sub-tasks become an issue (granted, some of it is based on how an AE may set up a project) when dates shift and the WrikeBot gets involved.

Advertising frequently requires last minute additions to the schedule, so while it is wonderful to plan ahead, that's not always how the real world works. While we do use the "high priority" designation, it would be nice to order by priority in reports so last-minute due dates come to the top of the list automatically.
