Overall Satisfaction with Wrike

We use Wrike primarily to connect campaign managers with the creative/graphic design teams. We use Wrike as a hub for all active clients, hosting their client terms, graphic requests, and terms. On the day-to-day, my primary use of Wrike is searching for active client folders and submitting requests to the design team, as well as checking in on the status of previous tasks, and delegating specific tasks as necessary.
  • It's organization capabilities are unmatched, allowing for us to get as broad or granular as needed with each client
  • It keeps you updated in real-time as updates occur with tasks we're attached to, whether through the mobile app, email, or in-platform
  • The search function is very intuitive, allowing you to identify the most recent and relevant tasks with minimal keywords necessary
  • The biggest improvement could lie in implementing better tools to streamline the development of efficient processes. As it sits, Wrike is only as good as the person who sets it up, and even then, it can become cumbersome as the company expands. Where one process may have made sense for a small institution, carrying that over as an organization grows may not be the most efficient, but it's also difficult to reconstruct the whole platform. So, any tools/in-platform recommendations to streamline this process automatically would help in bounds.
  • Wrike has saved me plenty of communication time between designers. Just this quarter alone, feedback/delegation for the tasks I've assigned/managed in Wrike would have cost me several workdays of productivity. Multiply that by the few hundred campaign managers on our team, and Wrike definitely saves organizations a large amount of time and money.
I've personally used other PM tools, and, while they're pretty similar in functionality, Wrike just feels more intuitive to use on a day to day basis. I find that in Asana and monday, notifications are lackluster, whereas Wrike's notifications are in real-time. I also like that it's possible to assign several people to a given task, something not possible in some other PM tools. When properly constructed, Wrike can significantly tighten up loose ends within a corporation.

Do you think Wrike delivers good value for the price?

Not sure

Are you happy with Wrike's feature set?

Yes

Did Wrike live up to sales and marketing promises?

I wasn't involved with the selection/purchase process

Did implementation of Wrike go as expected?

I wasn't involved with the implementation phase

Would you buy Wrike again?

Yes

I feel that Wrike is perfect for both large agencies and smaller organization-focused companies alike. If you're looking for a tool to keep projects alive and help the whole company understand where their presence is needed, it's perfect. However, as mentioned prior, Wrike is only as good as the developer/manager on the team maintaining the processes. It's simple to build out Wrike tasks for even the smallest projects, so having a dedicated person monitoring the status of projects across the board is vital to maintain the organization of the platform.
