Overall Satisfaction with Wufoo

I use Wufoo within my organization to gather information from my clients, participants in my Title 1 Federally Funded Program. It is a way to keep information organized and gather information in a timely manner when I am unable to travel to the opposite end of my county to meet with a potential client/client I have placed in a work site.
  • Gather information in a timely manner.
  • Organize responses to surveys/forms sent to my clients.
  • Creates a user-friendly application for my clients, some who have little to no computer experience.
  • Perhaps I have not learned how to alter this - but at times the text can be a little hard to read when I'm working with the older population.
  • Providing an in-depth tutorial would definitely be helpful.
  • I can't think of any others because I genuinely enjoy using the product.
  • Positive impact - much better organization in my company than prior to using Wufoo.
  • Positive impact - helping my company "come into the 21st century" in a user-friendly way to integrate technology into our program.

Wufoo is well suited for gathering information from a large client base (for me I work with my county but also work hand in hand with two neighboring counties). I think this is a great way to compare results from different clients and also to gather information that a client may not want to talk about face to face at first (a work site supervisor complaint).
