Overall Satisfaction with Wufoo
We have been using Wufoo to support multiple clients for quick and complex surveys, contact forms, lead generation, and registration for events. It is used mainly because of the ease of use and the quick setup of a new form. In some cases, we even use it internally within the company to conduct small surveys about company activities.

- Rich feature set
- The interface looks old and is not update for some time (apart from the new home page)
- Themes are lucking complex customizations (still they are very easy to use)
- It provides an easy, fast, and cheap way to perform surveys
Wufoo lacks the intricate features that SurveyMonkey has in terms of customization, survey login, reporting, and analysis. However, it provides an excellent, easy-to-use way to create forms and surveys/polls for customers that require little effort for such tasks. In many cases, the feature set provided by Wufoo is more attractive due to pricing as well. Some customers do now want to pay more for something that can have with less money.
