Overall Satisfaction with Xactly Incent

Xactly Incent is being used as a structured incentive compensation system.
  • Integration with Salesforce
  • Document Managment - Plans approval process and reporting
  • Plan design and Quotas
  • Forecasting functionality
  • User Guides/Material (i.e. for document management we created our own)
  • Delta changes support
  • Better control of compensation plans approval process
  • Full integration with CRM / Salesfore system
  • Still a lot of forecasting work done outside Xactly Incent
It is capable of dealing with complex plans, has a nice look and feel, and is great to monitor the overall status for a global business.
