Overall Satisfaction with Xactly Incent

We're using Xactly Incent to pay our salespeople. We have many different "flavors" or "types" of plans that can change on a fairly regular basis, and Xactly enables us to track all of these different changes and methods we have for paying the different roles. Xactly has enabled us to expand our sales force dramatically.
  • Providing fast, accurate results
  • Enabling managers to view their employees' compensation
  • Allowing us to make changes to plans mid-year
  • Improve automation of setup
  • Frequently automatically signed out
  • Difficult to audit from the backend
  • Positive - increased accuracy
  • Negative - lengthened process
  • Positive - allowed for mass updates
Xactly is very well suited for situations where your plans are set up and ready to go within the first month of the year. For yearly updates, there is a significant amount of work that goes into setting up the program appropriately. Making changes after the fact is much more difficult, and therefore I wouldn't recommend Xactly to an organization that changes around a lot.
