Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Our organization currently uses Xactly Incent to process commissions for all of our Americas and Canadian sales executives. Using Xactly has provided us the ability to automate our compensation plans allowing us to be completely transparent and allowing our colleagues to see their incentive payouts on a daily basis so we can address issues early.

Would like the ability to see what formulas are used in rules

Return on Investment

Neutral view on ROI, sometimes I feel we sustain hefty charges when SOW is generated and run our of hours quickly.

Likelihood to Recommend

I really like using Xactly Incent as a commission tool. The report functionality is poor and hope to see enhancements made that allow an organization to build more in depth reporting, inclusive and ease of reporting period over period or year-over-year reports. But would recommend tool to others.
