Overall Satisfaction with Xactly Incent
We use incent to give us a daily/real time update for our current commissions and upcoming incentives. It also houses the breakdown of what we are being paid for and allows us to review and approve our incentive plans allows our company to send out updates related to commissions and incentives. It ties directly into our Salesforce platform which is a really feature as it fits in with our overall infrastructure.

- Doesn't always load well in the mobile environment.
- Can disconnect from our system sometimes and show incorrect data.
- Can be slow to load.
- It provides employees more insight into their performance.
- Sometimes the calculations for commissions can be difficult to understand.
- It is much more efficient than payroll having to regularly send out commission statements.
