Overall Satisfaction with Xactly Incent
It is currently being used as the commission payout system. It is being used by Sales and Finance. It automates a lot of our processes in order to allow accurate quarterly payouts.
- Quarterly commission payout.
- Populates credits based on specific criteria.
- Allows for quick updates as plans change.
- The new left hand menu is not as user friendly due to how the eyes generally look at the system.
- The layout is archaic; should revamp completely or go back to what was previously there.
- Find a way to integrate orders and results into one view.
- It has allowed us to see overpayments.
- Provides rep with a great visual of where they are in the quarter.
- Allows management to understand where the dollars are going.
By looking at the payments per segments and region, we can understand how the plans for the same titles have a different impact on the sales rep. From there, it allows us to accurately adjust plans and variables to be more competitive in the industry while still still keeping a balanced approach to the overall comp plan.
We are not using for those type of metrics.
It has provided an easier way to login into to the system.
Finance and Sales are the only ones using Xactly.
In short, Xactly is the winner when it comes to commission. While at times the presentation of the platform is ancient, it is still better for most companies because it provides accurate information and allows you to make updates without constantly needing to contact support. I've been at companies where we've had Xactly then went to Callidus Cloud just to go back to Xactly. I will always pick Xactly if I'm the one leading the process.
