Overall Satisfaction with Xactly Incent

Xactly Incent solves our problem of timely processing of sales commissions on a monthly basis. From analytics to pod messages, we use it for reports to sales, finance, HR, and operations. The software and interface is easy to use and understand as well as the rules when you need to either make quick changes or updates to existing rules. Documents in Xactly Incent are easily routed to the appropriate sales hierarchy for plan review and acceptance.

Data used in analytics and benchmarking is used to build new compensation plan structures and components. Incentives and SPIFFs are created to maximize sales performance and targets. Accelerators and tier modifications are determined based on overall achievements and company budgets.
CEA helps us manage our commission expense deferral process. The system is fairly easy to use and can be built to specific needs for ASC340 for commission deferral and amortization. It can also be built to provide journal entries for accounting to use to upload into the company accounting software system.
Reps login via Salesforce for single login so they not only can see their opportunities but also closed deals and commissions relating to those specific deals they have closed and see how to maximize their commissions. DocuSign has allowed reps to sign plans directly when routed to them in Xactly Incent without using another system.
The sales compensation team provides are finance, accounting, and sales operations reporting to all our internal partners. We provide the analytics and support for all the companies goals and objectives when it relates to commissions.
Xactly Incent has really a better interface for the sales team to view their reports and be able to sign their sales compensation plans in Xactly Incent. Xactly Incent also provides a good analytics tool to create dashboards and reporting needs for other organizations within the company. Xactly Incent was the overall best solution in terms of security, reporting, processing time, and calculations.

Xactly Incent works well with small to large-scale companies. It has the capability to logic in the rules that can be built to handle complex sales plans and components. Like with all implementations, Xactly Incent works best when you know what your reporting and business needs are prior to implementation, with that, you can build and put as much details into Xactly Incent for reporting needs after. It is great for a small team to handle as it is very easy to learn the basics for users and administrators.
