Overall Satisfaction with Xactly Incent

Used to administer compensation for sales org of approximately 800 EE's. Streamlines processes and reporting. Helps reduce errors and corrections to ensure pay is accurate.

N/A, we do not design plans around Xactly performance analytics or benchmarking.
We do not use the territory or forecasting tools. This is managed internally within our FPA team.
We have no automated integrations currently. Data is uploaded via connect processes.
Finance is utilizing Xactly Incent to track performance of individual EEs as well as sales leaders vs assigned quota to monitor performance.
