Overall Satisfaction with Xactly Incent

We use Xactly Incent on a daily basis because it helps with the commission calculation process for sales reps. It's great that you can customize the calculation rules and the generated results are usually correct and accurate. Also, it is pretty user friendly and I personally can say that it didn't take much to get used to this tool after coming from another Comp tool.

Frankly, I'm quite new in using this tool as I previously worked with another Comp software, so I cannot say I have an overview of how to improve the way commission is calculated and managed, but all the ideas that I had are noted in this review, more in regards of tool improvement
Our company uses Xactly Incent for almost everything when it comes to sales comp - quotas, territories, comp plan customization and the various rules which apply to these plans - I wouldn't know about the forecasting part, so I won't comment on it. As far as I'm concerned, Xactly Incent is able to do many things well.
It's good to have both, for deal details and split and also invoicing
Besides Sales Operations, I wouldn't know if anyone else is using this tool.

Overall, I would say that Xactly Incent is a good tool for calculating commissions for sales reps, but it can be improved for sure - for example, it would be 10 times better if the changes (adjustments, split changes etc) would have a history view - if a sales rep is removed from a deal, it would be easier to see the 100% (old view) and then -100%(adj/change) which brings the rep to 0.
