Overall Satisfaction with Xactly Incent

I'm using Xactly Incent to calculate the credits and commissions for the sales reps+the bonuses. Also for calculation of the orders purchased based on different scenarios when it is required by the sales reps. We are using the tool also for reporting purposes when we want to see some sales trends.

By reducing over-and underpayment, finance can increase top-line revenue and sales margins. We are building pivots and based on the numbers extracted from other reports in the past we are making an analysis and the upper management decides how and for which titles and products we should change the bonuses.
Using the reports the upper management can figure out what are the less sold products and they can create compensation plans to focus on incentives more those kinds of products. Also, they can forecast the sales reps' performance in order to set a proper quota, to not overpay the rep.
We are extracting automatically data from Salesforce regarding the deals booked and invoiced and they appear in the sales reps statement immediately after reprocessing the data. It's less time-consuming and more easily to reduce the errors when doing this manually. Also the reps can see immediately when some of the financial details have changed.
Revenue Operations
I changed the company. I liked more the ERP solution from Cloud as it was a live tool, but compared to it Xactly is more accurate.

It is very easy to match the payments done quarterly with the remaining balance and sales reps are understanding very easily what is their due commission needs to be paid. The hardest part is when we're reprocessing all Year to Date data, it takes a very long time and during that time we are not using the tool nor the sales reps.
