Overall Satisfaction with Xactly Incent

Xactly has been used for almost 4 years for yearly plans. Every new fiscal year, there is a request for updates of formulas/rules due to the changes in the Compensation plans.

  • improve the relationship with the sales organization
issues with quota set-up, variable comp incorrect added can be easily identified during the fiscal year, before the payments and can be corrected in due time
