Overall Satisfaction with Xactly Incent
I use Xactly Incent to view my incentive compensation data, including commissions that are upcoming or current, as well as ongoing residual commissions and historical commission payouts. Xactly Incent works great to eliminate the need to review commissions manually or engage with our internal incentive comp teams to ask questions. I'd say this certainly helps save time and increases transparency around earned commissions and incentive payout data.
- Dashboards - Attractive, accurate, easy to interact with
- Reporting - Easy, immediate access to current and historic comp data
- Ease of use - Everything at your fingertips; clean UI
- Turnaround time - Seems to be a lag between when my org processes commissions and when they appear in Xactly; this could absolutely be due to delays on our end
- In 2.5 years of using Xactly Incent to track my commissions (monthly, quarterly, annually, POS, residuals, etc.), I've never had to reach out to my manager or our internal incentive comp team.
- Checking Xactly Incent and seeing my commissions en route tends to give me a boost to morale and motivation.
Part of my org's incentive compensation includes ongoing residual commissions for the life of the client. Being able to track and review my ongoing residuals each month as new clients come onboard and my residuals grow is extremely motivating and keeps me engaged from a sales standpoint as I am constantly reminded of the fantastic income opportunity in front of me!
I can't speak to how our organization is utilizing the additional tools offered by Xactly.
I'm not sure if Salesforce Lightning is the right answer here, but Xactly Incent appears in my Salesforce view as a tab at the top. It's seamlessly integrated with the SF user experience and is extremely convenient to access and easy to use.
Not sure. I'd imagine there is some sort of integration between our back-end finance systems and Xactly Incent.
