Overall Satisfaction with Xactly Incent

In our company we use Xactly Incent to calculate performance rewards. It helps us with calculating the attainment results for different kpi's and visualize the in quarter results directly to our sales representatives. Before we were calculating all attainments manually and in quarter attainments were not available to our sales reps.

Every quarter we evaluate the performances attained in the previous quarter to set new targets for the upcoming period. This enables us to be flexible in setting our target and reaching our yearly goals. During the period it enables us to actively steer our sales reps into the right direction.
At this moment we only use Xactly for calculation incentive performance
It enables us to visualize the attainment results in Xactly directly after an opportunity in Salesforce is closed. The result is that our sales reps fill in their opportunities more correctly as this directly has an impact on their incentive plans. Before their was no complete overview during the quarter

Xactly Incent is a really impressive tool for calculating commission attainment automatically. Thereby, it enables sales reps to monitor their in period attainments. Another great tool is the option to send target letters to all sales reps in one click. It requires a lot of time implementing all your kpis before it works.
