Collaboration with Xactly Family

Xactly tool has become my first browsing tool to login, I personally use it daily to manage my users. Xactly has made our life simpler, especially in bringing professional view to sales team, For our internal audit purpose, routing plan letters to all individuals.

We are still looking forward having Quota attainment dashboard for our internal use, many places we still face difficulties in search options, which are already highlighted with support team.

We are not using Xactly analytics for now, all available reports from production are utilized to manage and drive the sales performance.

Since am the admin here on a yearly basis we set the Quota Target, which will be entered into Xactly tool to measure the performance through out the year. Post completing sales planning, we complete the automation to bring the view to sales team regarding their attainment performance and commissions results.

No other team will use Xactly tool as confidential information cannot be shared. We manage to build the reports to share the required information.
