Overall Satisfaction with XenDesktop

XenDesktop is being used by multiple departments across the entire organization in order to facilitate safe and fast connections to company resources remotely.
  • Fast connection
  • Secure connection
  • Ease of use for new and existing users
  • Simple user interface
  • Can run a little slow depending on the applications
  • Overall desktop lag is present
  • Works with Mac but not without issue occasionally.
  • It has decreased the need for more and more company PCs
  • Saved money long term
  • Fewer computers for IT to service
Have not tested other products against XenDesktop as it remains to be working for our needs.
Support has been very quick at resolving our issues and is very reliable. Each time they have helped to resolve my issues in a timely manner which is a very big deal for me.

Where access to company resources or shared drives are required. Because we are utilizing a large number of shared drives with various resources, XenDesktop becomes a must-have, especially for offsite users.
