We use Xero for our clients. It is used by the accounting department. It almost solves every problem like balance sheet, profit and loss account, and ledger statements.

It also gives very good facility for Payroll.
We can easily access our bank with the Xero.

Usability

It is a very useful tool/software especially for bookkeeping where it scales up all the things on one platform related to accounting.

I have been using XERO for the last 2 years. It works very smoothly without any hurdles. We can also pull out any report whether it is standard or customize or we can also create our favorites reports and pull them.
Secondly, it also gives us the facility for Payroll and other taxes too.

Likelihood to Recommend

Xero is a very good accounting tool for bookkeeping activities where you just have to pass the journal entry and every other thing will be done by XERO. It also gives the facilities to upload the Budget data so it is easy for the client to check actual vs budget.
