Overall Satisfaction with Xero

We use Xero for our accounting. Invoices are created there and sent to the clients directly from Xero. It is great that Xero allows bookings in various currencies, but there are still improvements regarding reporting in other currencies. In the area of report in general, I think there are still a lot of improvements to be done, being able to create customs reports, for example.
  • Very user-friendly software.
  • The possibility to create recurring invoices.
  • Nice functionality to reconcile bank accounts.
  • Customer reports missing.
  • Limited setting up in the access rights. It would be very useful to be able to set up the user access rights more in detail.
  • Not all the banks available for bank feeds.
  • Time saved.
I like Xero, it is very user-friendly and makes my life easier. There are still improvements to be done in terms of reports, user profile set up, and bank feeds for banks outside the US.
I don't know what is per's cloud deployment.
It is quite easy to integrate Xero with other applications like Paypal, Stripe, or Shopify. There is still space for improvement to connect to other applications.

Yes

I think Xero would suit to small (or medium) company side, but not for big companies. For international companies working with many currencies, it would not be the best choice as the reporting in other currencies is very limited. There are only two cost centres available, I find it a bit limitate if may cause an issue for some companies.
