Overall Satisfaction with XOR
We are using XOR to hire a large amount of sales agents and customer support agents. We had a problem of receiving a huge amount of applicants. Our HRs were spending a big part of their working time on prescreening the applicants that would fit our company, and then scheduling them on the calendars of the heads of departments.
- We used to convert about 1.8% of our candidates into employees, but with XOR automating our screening and scheduling, we have been able to increase that to closer to 10%.

We've done our research on the other organizations like Olivia, and Mya, and a few others, but those are the biggest ones that stick out. We decided that those are great for large institutions and organizations that have lots of positions all over high volume, but it's not very customizable. So we decided to go with XOR and our relations had been extremely beneficial. We've been able to customize each of the chatbot accounts to our specific needs.
We have been using XOR for just a bit of time and I absolutely love the support, it's fast and effective. Great, platform and their support staff is extremely helpful and easy to work with. They go out of their way to provide excellent customer service.

XOR team is continuously adding new features and integrations that add a lot of value. It's intuitive and easy to use for non Talent team members as well, which is really important as we want our hiring managers to be fully engaged in the process.
