Overall Satisfaction with Zapier
Zapier is connecting our Caspio Database with our email provider Mailchimp so that every time a new contact is added they are automatically added to our email. This has really made adding emails so much easier. It was difficult before using Zapier because it would not get done as efficiently. We also use it to take our Zoom webinars and add them to our Dropbox without having to do anything at all!

- It is so easy to connect and make Zaps
- Sometimes it is hard to understand how to do what they suggest but they did answer email questions
- There are just so many different ones to choose from that it's hard

We never tried anything else, this was first and we were satisfied because of the great integration that it has with the software that we are using. It is cost-effective and worked immediately so we did not need to search for any other program. It is a great investment for us.
