Overall Satisfaction with Zapier
Zapier is a great tool that connects various apps. The main way I use it is to receive notification whenever a client emails me. This enables me to be very responsive without having to stay tied to my email all day. It is easy to add/remove people from my notification list.

- Ever-increasing library of connectable apps.
- Easy to add or edit "zaps".
- Not every app is supported.
- Integration with basic gmail accounts has been downgraded.
- Zapier enables me to be much more responsive to clients.
- Responsiveness leads to client retention and referral business.
