Overall Satisfaction with Zapier
Mostly used to integrate LMS (talent LMS) with an online store (Shopify) and CRM (Hubspot and salesforce). Enrolls customers who purchase training in an online store in courses and sends purchase data to salesforce. Also used to send custom automated emails to customers based on purchases
- Allows for integration with apps that don’t have a native integration
- Do not have to create complicated API codes
- Provides instructions and examples on how to create work flows
- Some can be lacking in instructional details needed
- Sometimes a zap will yield an error which can be hard to troubleshoot
- Customer support is limited bc zapier cannot access your apps
- Less manual processes
- Higher efficiency
- Cost and limitations of being tied to and having to use different apps with native integrations
