Overall Satisfaction with Zenefits

We use Zenefits for Onboaring/offboarding, payroll, benefits, PTO, HR, etc. Every employee uses zenefits for their pay and PTO. Administrators and operations staff use it for all applications. Personally I use it most frequently for payroll. Having close to 300 employees can make it a challenging task, but the software is so user friendly that uploading it all is a breeze and then all deductions, contributions, taxes, etc. is taken care of from there.

I love how easy it is to run payroll with zenefits. Having close to 300 employees can make it a challenging task, but the software is so user friendly that uploading it all is a breeze and then all deductions, contributions, taxes, etc. is taken care of from there! Plus having the "full service" option for them to take care of our unemployment insurance for all employees - including those in multiple states is amazing. I have seen reviews criticizing the customer service, but that's never been an issue for me. Timely responses and helpful people are all I have experienced with Zenefits.
