Overall Satisfaction with Ziflow

Ziflow is used organization-wide and has been particularly helpful to our team during our shifts between in-person and remote work (and back and forth again!). It has saved us time in circulating print versions for approval and allowed us to quickly communicate about questions or issues and resolve them with the input of all involved. Our ability to produce marketing, fund development, educational, and other print and digital collateral has been directly improved by Ziflow.

Cons

  • We have had some hiccups with email proofing that may be due to our specific platform, but the Ziflow support team has been helpful and responsive in resolving.
  • Productivity--faster at meeting deadlines.
  • Communicate with internal teams and pass on feedback to external vendors/designers, etc.
  • Faster decision making.
The individually managed alerts and ability to send custom messages and instructions on a project-by-project basis is helpful in setting team expectations and managing deadlines.
The commenting features on proofs have a variety of tools that allow those reviewing content to easily convey their edits.

Ziflow has been a key tool in allowing our organization to transition to digital performing-arts content and back to live performances throughout the global pandemic. An increased amount of collateral needed plus a move to remote working required a platform that connected our team focused on all our many projects and Ziflow really fit the bill. Now that we have resumed a more "normal" working rhythm and moved back into an office environment for most of our administrative team, we still have some workers who have kept up hybrid schedules. Ziflow has really helped us to keep connected, keep projects moving on time to meet our deadlines, and will most likely remain an important part of our workflow long after the pandemic has ended. We use it for proofing all print collateral, as well as email campaigns, web updates, and videos and motion graphics.
