Ziflow is the easiest tool I have ever used to gather feedback from multiple parties.
- Gather feedback.
- Notify reviewers when they have something to review.
- Quickly display if something has been reviewed by all parties.
- Sometimes accounts get locked out.
- I can work much faster because information is clear.
- Time is saved because comments are linked to specific points in the creative. There's no need to go searching for what a reviewer is talking about.
I have worked at other agencies that use different tools to move creative through the agency and I was blown away by how quick and simple Ziflow makes reviewing creative. It is the best tool I've ever seen for this task.
It is easy to see at a glance who has reviewed a proof, who has made a comment, who still needs to review and who approved. It is so easy to make sure all parties are aligned.
