This software is critical to the effective and efficient review of documents within our organization. Since deploying Ziflow we have not experienced any negative feedback from our corporate partners. It is a flexible, scalable and must-have tool to ensure proper document routing and review.

- Showing who has reviewed and what their decision was.
- Timing to complete review.
- Effectively managing workflows.
- When you mark up several places in one document with same comment it only gives you one number. This leads to redundancies when multiple people review.
- When you work fast Ziflow can lock up and force you to close and reopen.
- The mobile version is far behind the desktop version.
- Increased efficiencies with routing.
- Allows for multiple reviewers to read at same time.
- Captures all comments for review against previous version.
Makes for more effective and efficient review by allowing for specific routing. Not a one-size-fits-all solution.
