Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use Ziflow to review wireframes, mockups, and other proofs with clients. Ziflow enables us to track comments from clients easily and significantly cuts down on the dreaded back and forth by email. Ziflow integrates smoothly with our processes and proofs are seen by the right people within our own team. Feedback is easy to add, review, and track. Being able to add comments and highlight sections on proofs is an absolute gamechanger!

Ziflow would work very well for creative agencies or any client-facing business that sends proofs to clients. Ziflow makes it easy for everyone to add comments and highlight areas that need to be changed. As someone that manages numerous projects with numerous clients, Ziflow is a one-and-done solution to help me see which proofs have been opened and which ones are delayed. There are also numerous features that are significantly better than using emails to communicate with clients. Reminders for deadlines can be sent with one click and the approval feature ensures that there's no longer a grey area about proofs that have been approved or not.
