Overall Satisfaction with Ziflow

When Ziflow was first introduced to our team I was really skeptical about using a new tool for reviewing and proofing. However, two years down the line and it's my favourite tool I use at work. I'm not exaggerating when I say it's a game-changer for me. I work for an advertising agency and Ziflow has made managing reviews and approvals from our clients so much easier. It's really easy for me to upload assets to Ziflow, label and name it, add the clients I need to review, set deadlines, etc. And it's really easy for everyone to mark up the proofs with their comments and changes. It's also easy to see & reply to other users' comments and see who has reviewed proofs (even for people that aren't tech-savvy). We can add the legal and product teams to review assets and it means it's really easy for us to refer back to an asset if an issue ever arises. Before we used Ziflow all amends and client feedback was done via email and were easy to get lost/missed and other people in the team couldn't pick up a job as easily. Now it's all in one place and every member of the team has access to the feedback.

I'm not exaggerating when I say Ziflow has improved how we review and approve creative content tenfold. It's so easy for us to pass work through the review process with Ziflow because of how you can add different stages and time limits to people's reviews. You can categorise everything into folders too so it's easy to group and keep track of projects.
Collaboration is great - rather than trying to collate multiple people's feedback it's now in one place and everyone can see the feedback so you don't get contradicting feedback from clients - and if you do you can "@" them and ask them to clarify. As it's online in Ziflow with everyone on the team being able to see and access it, it means that no comments or emails get overlooked or lost.
