Use Cases and Deployment Scope

I use Ziflow daily for online proofing between multiple stakeholders. This allows for all edit submissions to be made at ease, giving the ability to comment, mention, and mark up. Ziflow covers all bases on making communication as clear as possible for both users. The ability to send out reminders and track your own proofs has been extremely helpful while working on a larger team.

Ziflow has been well suited when working with multiple stakeholders. As the software labels each individual's comments and tracks their decisions, I am able to easily work through any edits that have to be made and can identify who needs to be contacted at a glance.
