We use Ziflow in our organization for reviewing creative work from print to digital pieces. It allows all departments to be able to review creative work, provide comments, and also be able to track comments from the client and MLR reviews.

Yes, it has given us the ability to effectively route digital and interactive pieces. We used to have to screen capture things such as websites and banners, but, now, we can just use a staging link which saves a lot of time.
Very well, as it allows as many people to be involved as necessary and keeps things efficient, easy, and moving through the team.

We used Workfront prior to them being bought by Adobe, and Ziflow was much more up-to-date with the times. PHQ didn't have as many of the same features and always had issues. The customer service is also way better at Ziflow.
