Overall Satisfaction with zigihub

Zigihub is used as a CRM and Marketing Automation Tool. It helps our sales and marketing team to align and work together with full transparency. It helps store customer data, and outreach information and helps maintain our marketing database. We use it to send automated personalized email campaigns and track them to generate leads.
  • It automatically creates leads in the CRM out of your email campaigns
  • Helps automate follow ups and reminder emails
  • Helps you track the result of your campaigns
  • Lots of customizations available
  • The email editor tool is very basic
  • You cannot templatize your outreach with out-of-the-box designing
  • Integrations with Salesforce and Hubspot is missing
  • Its a relatively cost effective tool when compared with the other marketing automation tool available in the market
  • Helps save a lot of time in creating leads and running follow-ups campaign
  • Creates transparency between sales and marketing team

  1. Has a lot of scope for improvement in terms of email editor and lead management
  2. Out-of-the-box reporting features should also be made available
  3. Should provide integration with other software
  4. The user experience could be improved
  5. The tool can be made a little faster to operate
  6. Workflows, land page, and form options can be improved
The customer support team is active and reverts promptly to support requirements. However, most of the requirements takes a lot of time to get fixed.
