Overall Satisfaction with Zip Intake-to-Procure

Zip was deployed to our entire organization: about 850 FTE employees. All vendor-level approvals across finance, security, IT, legal, and other teams are routed via Zip, as well as all vendor onboardings.


Eventually, it will also be used to simplify the way that we procure as well since it will be integrated directly into NetSuite.

  • Integrations into NetSuite, JIRA, CLMs, and other systems
  • Intake questions can be configured very flexibly, and easy to learn how to set up
  • Integrations into TrustArc and some other less popular systems we use
  • Improved notification configurations
  • More flexible reporting capabilities
  • Flexible intake to capture all vendor-related requests
  • Flexible, on the fly, workflow that 100% of the time loops in the right stakeholders
  • Renewal and ongoing vendor management
  • Significantly improved compliance across the company, now that all vendor requests are correctly routed
  • Time savings across procurement, legal, security, and other teams in tracking requests
  • Much better employee experience with high adoption and satisfaction
Truth be told, we haven’t seen any other similar products. The alternative was manually tracking in Google Sheets, ticketing systems, and in NetSuite. Coupa was probably the closest in terms of what we were looking for but they were not willing to fit it to our needs like Zip was able to.

Zip can be used for routing all vendor-level approvals for new vendors and all renewals across our organization. It can also be helpful for managing all purchases from existing vendors. For non-spend related approvals, it’s not as well suited. Zip was definitely designed for procurement workflows.

They also have a vendor management portal that links up directly to something like NetSuite for management and visibility.
