Overall Satisfaction with Zip Intake-to-Procure
We use Zip for approving requests across finance, accounting, IT, legal, and other teams. Zip has thoroughly improved what was an otherwise manual and confusing process for requesters and approvers. As the business scales we needed a platform that was going to support our changing needs and put an emphasis on the employee experience.
- The intake form is really easy to configure and manage and the upstream workflow is intuitive so maintenance is employed easily across different members of our team without IT.
- Zip visually displays where a requester is at in the entire workflow, making the steps and approvals required transparent.
- Zip doesn’t integrate with our TrustArc and includes cross border fees for virtual cards.
- Easy to use end user platform
- Comprehensive integrations list that is always being added to
- Direct Jira and Slack integration
- No coding, and easily maintained backend with permissioning
- Zip enables us to spend more time sourcing and negotiating and less time attempting tracking and compliance.
- Enabled a full cross functional approval process that is dynamic with conditional questions. One workflow can support all of the approvals from different teams like IT, Security, Legal, etc.
We truly haven’t found other products like Zip.
