Overall Satisfaction with Zix Email Encryption (ZixEncrypt)
We are a healthcare provider and use ZIX to protect PHI data and financial information. Many of our business partners also use Zix. This simplifies secure communications between our organizations.
Pros
- Managing Zix is fairly easy.
- Zix rules ensure all PHI and financial communications are secure.
- Zix support has been great!
Cons
- A portal that allows access to all areas of Zix would be great.
- We have had a couple complaints but overall our business partners and clients appreciate the fact that we are protecting their information.
Gartner rates Zix as a top vendor in data protection. The deployment and support teams are extremely helpful.
