Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Currently Zix is being used across our organization for external email encryption containing any NPI data. All external emails go through our Zix Gateway and auto encrypts by keyword and also automatically when our DLP triggers the need.

Pros and Cons

Very well at processing emails in a timely manner
Very stable with minimal issues/downtime
Support is fantastic

A better GUI experience

Return on Investment

We don't have feedback around Zix Gateway. We like it to be behind the scenes and no feedback is a good thing

Likelihood to Recommend

Zix is well suited for their encryption. I don't have experience with their other products but have heard positive information. Any enterprise that needs compliance and governance around their data in motion, should consider Zix for their needs.
