Overall Satisfaction with Zix Email Encryption (ZixEncrypt)
[It's being used] across whole organization. We communicate with lenders and clients, exchanging NPI encryption is a must.
- Ease of use as end user - Easy to retrieve
- Ease of use as sender - One click to send, enter your Zix Signature code, and off the encrypted message goes
- Our biggest problem - not retrievable on mobile devices. We are a mobile company. If there is a solution to this, I'm all ears!
- Compliance. The financial industry has taken heat in the last decade - It is exceedingly important to protect information and information exchanges.
Ease of use. The other two were a nightmare on the usability side. Our clients had a very difficult time retrieving messages. We were spending a lot of time doing walk-throughs just to open an email.
