Overall Satisfaction with Zix Email Encryption (ZixEncrypt)

We are using Zix to secure our email since we work with sensitive client data.
  • Zix catches outbound mail that was unencrypted and should have been encrypted.
  • Zix provides an easy process for our clients to retrieve encrypted mail.
  • Zix has robust tracking portals that allow us to monitor users.
  • My only wish list item would be for Zix to combine their portals into one.
  • Peace of mind.
  • Initial slight negative feedback from clients, but after explaining the process and benefits they quickly get on board.
Zix was the only product we reviewed since it was referred by a trustworthy source.
Microsoft Azure, Microsoft Defender Advanced Threat Protection (ATP)
Zix is well suited for organizations that need to be HIPA compliant. Zix is probably not needed if sensitive data is not found within ones industry.

Zix had an outage a ways back and the support team kept us in the loop which allowed us to manage employee's expectations.

I find the Zix product to be very intuitive.
