Overall Satisfaction with Zix Email Encryption (ZixEncrypt)

We use it for email encryption and some restrictions such as, we don't allow .zip files in or out except in specific cases.
  • Their support is fast and very good.
  • The Zix server we have does a great job of accurately encrypting email that should be, even if we forget.
  • I really like that we can manually encrypt any email we want.
  • The interface. It's not at all user-friendly or intuitive.
  • The main thing for me is knowing that our emails are not going to be falling into the wrong hands.
Reputation of the company.
Health care is very well suited, for sure, but any business that needs secure communications would benefit.

Using Zix Email Encryption (ZixEncrypt)

The interface is bad but after that, you don't have to do anything. It just works.
