Overall Satisfaction with Zix Email Encryption (ZixEncrypt)

We are using Zix email encryption for the entire organization. It allows us to safely send and receive email through the Zix secured email gateway.
  • Secured email gateway to send and receive emails.
  • Zix gateway assists with filtering potential and malicious email/attachment.
  • The portal can be more user friendly to navigate.
  • Minimum downtime and outages, but it does happen and unforeseeable.
Gmail integration, simple setup process, and cost.
Zix integrates very well with G Suites (Gmail).

Simple setup, and support was always available to assist with any troubleshooting.

Very easy to send encrypted email using keyword, or system will auto-encrypt.
