Zoho Analytics is an important tool for our team that we use to analyze our sales data from our CRM. All of our business uses this to be able to see where we can improve our sales process and make it better. It overall is to help us aggregate our data and report on it.
- The interface is easy to use and laid out well.
- Reporting provides helpful information from the default.
- Integrations are great.
- Could be improved by providing better templates from the start.
