Overall Satisfaction with Zoho Analytics

Our organization uses Zoho Analytics to build reports around data that is being captured in our electronic case management system. We generate reports and or dashboards to help further analyze how our programs are doing as well as how our clients are progressing. This includes demographic reports, clients served, # of touchpoints per client, as well as very specifics tied to each client.
  • Pull quantitatives from qualitative information.
  • Visualization of the data.
  • Allows for a good "read" of where your program is in terms of goals.
  • Drilling down within the data.
  • Using the data to then see the end user (client).
  • Modernization of visuals (dashboards).
  • Better efficiency in reporting.
  • Real time data reports.
  • Lessened time for self reports through Excel.
Overall, Zoho Analytics is allowing our organization to save on time and money. We are pulling real-time data that allows us to make informed decisions without guesstimating. We feel confident in our decisions and evaluations because we have the data to back it up through the reports of Zoho.
Our organization utilizes Zoho Analytics because it is customizable and is quickly adaptable. Our case management system has Zoho Analytics built right into the system so we can generate reports quickly and accurately. We are also learning how to bring in some of our other reporting systems into Zoho so we can generate consistent reports utilizing different databases. The end viewer doesn't even know we are pulling reports from different systems.

Zoho Analytics (formerly Zoho Reports) is well suited for pulling reports for things just as demographics. Our organization also loves the ability to customize the reports to fit our everyday needs that may look different from other organizations. Some challenges include needing specific technical expertise to customize the reports.
