Overall Satisfaction with Zoho Analytics (formerly Zoho Reports)

I use it across the company to look at customer flows and communications between departments or even different people in the same department. We are working to improve our customer experience through consistency in how information is delivered/received.
  • Dashboard view of various reports.
  • Integrates across the ZohoOne platform.
  • Ability to run automatic reports or ad hoc reports with ease.
  • Additional integrations to pull info from other online networking sites—NextDoor, Alignable.
  • Helped me realize some areas I needed to shift focus to enhance the client experience.
  • Provides a single platform that integrates automatically so learning curve is quicker.
  • Open API option allows us to use best-in-class products that integrate with minimal work.
I am still learning and some things are not completely intuitive to me, but it is getting better as I become more proficient. Help is always available from any screen and does send you to the appropriate area to find answers quickly when needed.
I appreciate that I have been able to shift our multiple companies into this one platform with ease. I am the key, sometimes the only user, for a couple of the businesses, but I can add a VA or assistant easily and for a very affordable price. The open API allows me to slowly migrate certain systems over until the team is ready for the plunge with Zoho as the key interface.
